The origin of Papa Joe’s lies in the endearing relationship between their son, Cruz, and Trish’s late father, known as ‘Papa Joe’. Cruz’s affectionate nickname for his grandfather became the inspiration behind the restaurant’s name, a tribute to their family. Papa Joe’s invites guests to embark on a culinary journey where every dish tells a story and everyone is treated like family.
